1.- How I make an order through Internet?
If you make an order for the first time, will have to visit the link "Orders"
You will have to fill up your personal data.
Once their personal data are process in our data base of clients, we will
send by email the confirmation of the order and the "code of client"
As of that moment, you will be able to make all the orders that wish through
the link "Clients", with the advantage and comfort of not filling
up your personal data again.
2.- What happens if you lose or do not remember the client code?
There is no problem. You can notify it to clientes@artesania-textil.com
and soon we sent it again.
3.-What is the number of order?
You make an order, and we sent to your mail the confirmation of the order.You
must verify that all the data that you filled up are correct.
In the confirmation of the order we included the "number of order".
If you accept the order we will send it.
4.- If I change the personal data, it is obligatory to notify it before
making an order?
It is only necessary if you change of email. The changes of personal data
can be done later.
5.-What supposes to cancel of client?
Their personal data of our data base will be eliminated all. If later
you wish to make an order, will need another code client. You will have
to make a new order returning to introduce all your data, and a new code
of client will be assigned to you.
6.- Can I make an order of a product with another color that does not
appear in Internet?
The color of products is varied and sometimes you can order products with
other colors.Anyway, you will have before to consult the availability
of existence of the chosen color.
7.- What happens in case there are not existence of a product?
When we received an order, we verified if there is existence of the
color. If we do not have existence in that color, before confirming the
order, we sent an email and the client can choose by some of the following
options: order the same product but in another color, change by another
product or cancel.
8.- What happens if there is an error in the order?
You can have an error when doing an order (for example when selecting
the product and/or color). But, the client can detect the error comparing
the original order and the confirmation of the order. Therefore we always
recommended to write down or to print the order before sending it.
9.-Can I cancel the order?
Yes, by the link "Cancel". You will have to write the code of
client, your email and the number of order. Automatically the order is
cancel.
10.- Can I choose the modes of payment?
At the moment we have are three types: Banking transference, Cash on delivery
or Credit card. You can visit the link "Conditions" and "Modes
of payment".
11.- In which format the orders by email are received?
The orders are sent to the email of the client with an attached file in
format "PDF". You must have installed in your computer the freeware
"Adobe Acrobat" if you want to see or to print.
