Law 7/96 15 January:

The buyer will have seven days, counted from the date of reception, to give back the order.

The product must be in perfect conditions, as well as their original packing.

After the reception of the product will be send the money to the buyer by banking transference.

If the reason for the return were by defective or erroneous product, Artesanía Textil Ventura y Casas S.L., will pay the expenses of return whenever they are through the agency by which shipment (DHL).

In the case of change of material, will be always made through certified mail or the agency by which shipment (DHL), to election of the client.

If the change were by an article or several of greater amount (120,00 € or more) Artesanía Textil Ventura y Casas S.L., will pay the expenses of shipment.

The shipment of the new order will not be made until the reception of the material to change.

In case of not having the article asked for in the change, the shipment it will be left slope until new entrances, or the client decides to choose by which is in stock.
